Having recently moved to Texas, AC is a necessity! I also had a troublesome "Check Engine" light on. I called and set up an early appointment and dropped the car off the night before. Otay checked it over and got the parts in quick and I had the car back by Friday! They had found that the compressor was indeed bad and a purge valve was stuck. I wish he was a little more open to email communication though - I had to make a last-minute copy shop run so he could have a copy of my extended warranty, when I could very easily have emailed it.

I don’t always seem to get all of my truck needs met when I bring it in, and most times I end up having to leave my truck there for weeks at a time. Wish there was a way to make the process quicker.
