Honest up front pricing. I came in with my guard up and was probably a little rude to them. Leif Johnson ford has been really good. They never played any games you would expect from a car dealers. I got a fair trade value, a really good price on a new truck, and they didn’t play games. I met the new GM Amanda, she seems to be steering this dealer the right direction. Had a great experience. Norma and Tim were responsive, efficient, and did not play games. The finance manager worked hard to get us the best deal.
We were quickly assigned a salesman. Jerry had vehicle ready I wanted to test drive. He walked around vehicle and told us about different details. We knew buying a vehicle takes hours but we updated of progress.
