The dealership has a great group of employees and managers. I rented two cars to test drive while determining the fate of my 2013 Escape. I was looking for good gas mileage and decided that the Explorer and Edge were good cars with a lot of whistles and bells, but I went with the 2023 Escape Platnimum with EcoBoost and after a test drive with the salesmen, I was ready to make a purchase. My experience was not so favorable. Communication has not been the best for simple things to be done and when the vehicle should arrive. I am still waiting to get my new vehicle.
