I pulled up to Leif and Felician greeted me and asked how I’ve been. I thought he was snoring me. Turns out he remembered me from more than 2 years ago when I bought my Explorer Sport. He’s a consummate professional, kind, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. And I didn’t even get to buy my car from Leif, since the model I needed was at another dealer.
