Apartments are Great, neighbors are Great, Office staff is Nonresponsive when ask Questions. I give up I Guess I will move out when my lease is up.

In our area (Retreat) is run by a Taliban type management. You have to be very careful of what you say so as not to rile up the Senior care manager. I find it very offensive. We had a death of one of our beloved friends. I made the mistake of passing on the information to another friend. I was called to the office and asked how I knew this. I said the obituaries. Apparently this was wrong on my part. Just an example🧐
Leisure living was at one time a retirement community, it is NOT anymore. They take all ages. That is not what I wanted when I moved here 6 yrs. Ago. Also, disabled cars are suppose to be removed within 2weeks. We presently have one that has not been moved for 1 1/2 yrs. I am so sorry that it is going down hill. The staff turnover is worrisome. So much maintenance has not been done. The posts holding the carports up are in terrible need of repair. Hoping it will improve so I can decide to stay here.
I really wish at Leisure Living Lakeside the staff would remove the old dirty mattresses from the trash disposal area. This set has been there for over 4 weeks. I reported them to the staff over 2 weeks ago. This is a constant, ongoing, unresolved issue. It’s unfair to the residents who have to see this day in and day out. Thank you

I had an issue with a high pitched noise from the refrigerator and it took 5 months to finally have them switch it out to another old one. Meanwhile, we got another apartment at Spurling.
Because I have had a work order since September 27th that has still not been taken care of. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Just got another increase in rent due to Evansville Sewer project. I will be paying $60 per month for the water & sewer now which is in the lease as the “RUBS” program. I have a small one bedroom apartment and live alone. Rent will be $801 per month as of January 1,2019. Lease does not renew until July!
