Customer service was great, and they returned our calls and came out in a timely manner when we informed them one of the six rods we bought was not installed. My only complaint is the initial group of guys who installed it left screws all over the driveway and grass where the vehicles and trailers are parked. We purchased a magnet roller to pick them up; we currently have found 21 of them.
