Garret was great working with over the phone by explaining the probable cost of the carport and the materials. He was helpful getting the plans finalized and obtaining the correct paperwork for the installation. The installers arrived early in order to complete the the installation before the heat of the day. The placement of the carport was laid out for approval before I was able to arrive to give the final approval for the start of the construction. They were unable to relocate it once the anchors were in, as I needed it in a different place. So don't change your mind. But the product is awesome and they did great job. Need to make sure all screws are removed around it afterwards so no livestock gets one in the foot. Otherwise great prod8and service!
