If you don’t want your vehicle broken into don’t live here! At least 2 vehicles get broke into each month at this location and my work van is one of them with them stealing $5k in tools. The people are nice but crime in this area is bad and Lemmond farm does nothing about but say “crime has no address” but still only hire a worthless security detail to “watch” your stuff while you sleep. We had a really great experience when we toured the property with Alex. He walked us through the clubhouse and amenities and we had a self-guided tour of the apartment, as it was a Saturday. Jazmin worked with us through the leasing process, and she made it very smooth and responded quickly to all emails. The apartments are amazing and the location is convenient. You won't find a more luxurious apartment at this price in Charlotte.

We went in for a viewing today 10 minutes early. Our agent (Jasmine), seemed bothered we came in. Didn’t invite us in, just told us to wait outside her office in the lobby. Rushed us through the whole tour (she mentioned they had lunch soon). She walked super fast and didn’t answer any of our questions. We asked about how much was the square footage, she said she didn’t know and she’d check when we get back (she did not check), didn’t explain the application process, the fees break down, and wouldn’t even give us price estim... read more

I have lived here for a while and have truly enjoyed my home. They have handled all my concerns with the upmost respect and care. I am truly thankful! The icing on the cake was the last event they hosted. They provided a chef to come for Valentine’s Day dinner. It was delicious and fun!

Visited for a tour on yesterday 1/13. I believe the woman was named Jasmine, did not seem interested to help assist us at all, it was like we were bothering her although I scheduled this “tour” online. We were given an apartment number and told to go to the building… didn’t know how we would get in or where exactly it was so we didn’t even bother and left.
