Horrible experience. I bought a car with them about two year ago. I have been paying the loan in time every single month. In November last year, I got involved in an accident. The car was towed and got a total loss. Before the payment of next month due, lendbuzz picked up the car in the tow yard and made the process with the insurance company so stressful. Company is a joke. I was pre-approved, then when I went to finalize I was told my income was too low. With the income being too low I was told to put down an additional down payment of 2k, which I did. Couple of days later I questioned the payment amount and no one knew why I was being charged 85.00 more per month than I should be based on amortization. This review is in response to Bruno’s service this morning. As we were trying to complete a payment we were met with a lot of obstacles and difficulties which lengthened the call and truthfully made it a frustrating process but the whole while Bruno kept a positive attitude, shared with me any insight he had from prior experience with other customers on what the issue may be and how to resolve.
