I was very pleased with the service I received from ***** *. When I informed her that my monthly income was low; she expressed concern as opposed to ************** clarify, I worked as a judge for **** and DECA competitions, and I would have given ***** top-marks. If she is not eligible for promotion, then perhaps having her be a 'mentor' or 'coach' for new hires would be within the company's best interest.I'll try to use Lending Tower in the future, but for now, I wanted to express my appreciation for having been provided s... read more

The representative (**** ********) that helped my wife and I organize and finally come up with a plan to tackle our drowning debt was beyond professional and beyond courteous. She answered every question that we had with simple answers that my wife and I were able to understand and comprehend. Nothing felt rushed. Nothing felt forced. I was impressed with how quick and simple this process was. **** was super helpful and walked me through every step. I was going to try and refinance everything but after hearing my situation, she recommended another alternative. I feel like I can breathe again and am feeling optimistic about the future.
