My mother purchased a leather reclining sofa along with a 5 year warranty. She has been told that this is normal wear and tear- see image of thin leather ripped. She has owned this piece of furniture for 2+ years and she is having to fight this company. The ripping started about a year ago when she initially contacted them. So unfortunate that she has to go through a lawyer. I do NOT recommend this company. This is ridiculous. Posting this review on Google and Yelp as well.
Went in to buy a pub dining table. It was an hour before they closed and they said their warehouse was closed already so we couldn’t buy the table. The salesman offered us the floor model but guess what. They wouldn’t let him have tools to take the table apart for us nor were we allowed to take it apart even if we paid for it. I guess they don’t need a sale. Went somewhere else and spent our money.

Our apologies for your experience and that you felt that way. Unfortunately our warehouse and showrooms have different operating hours. This is not unlike many businesses. We also have a policy that does not allow for pick ups of larger merchandise from our showroom floor by unauthorized associates or our customers. Not at all happy with the service we've received from Lenny's in Ft. Myers. We are snowbirds living in a local RV resort and we built a guest cottage. We wanted a Flexsteel sleeper sofa so I searched and Lenny's came up. We went in last November and ordered a sofa with an air mattress for the sleeper and a Flexsteel recliner with a power recliner.
