My moms dog ended up with a very bad hot spot on his back end and very full anal glands. We called his vet first they wouldn’t take him in till the next day even though we didn’t know what was wrong whether he was bite stung or what just that he had a very sensitive spot. I called lenoir after we got off the phone with his vet and they fit us in to make sure our pup was ok. Very happy with the service and care for our animal. We will happily be coming back with our animals to lenoir.
