Dr. Frye takes great care of our feline babies. She is caring and goes that extra mile. We love her and our babies love her. They are healthy and happy because of her care
We love Dr. Dan and all of his staff. No question is too silly and they always manage to fit us in when something comes up. Love the fact that as I walk in the door, they are already checking me in before I have to say my name.
I've been using Lenoir Veterinary Hospital since I moved to North Carolina to care for my parents last year and I am extremely pleased with the dedication and caring they have shown myself and my dog( 1 year old pitbull, Tyra). I just returned from her appointment today to get her heartworm shot and flea/tick meds. My furry babies will be coming here for now on, upon my boys unknown problem he was taken in no questions asked, at first look thought it was a very bad hot spot when further looked at looks more like a spider bite, his regular doctor wanted to wait to see him until the next day. It may not have been majorly life threatening but Lenoir Vet at least knows how important our babies are to all of us. Thank you for taking the time to see my Biscuit. I do believe Biscuit and Angel will enjoy visiting with you for all their needs ... read more
My moms dog ended up with a very bad hot spot on his back end and very full anal glands. We called his vet first they wouldn’t take him in till the next day even though we didn’t know what was wrong whether he was bite stung or what just that he had a very sensitive spot. I called lenoir after we got off the phone with his vet and they fit us in to make sure our pup was ok. Very happy with the service and care for our animal. We will happily be coming back with our animals to lenoir.
They were very accommodating to my dog who goes crazy in cages but needed surgery. Office staff was also very friendly and helpful.
