so I had an appointment today that I made a week ago and I get there and the doors are locked so I call and I said yeah I had an appointment at 3 but the doors locked she's like yeah read the signs you got to have a mask and such and such. i was like well it would have been nice if you would have told me that when I made the appointment cuz I don't carry mask and gloves around with me she said we did you wasn't paying attention very very rude that's not how you talk to clients and that was Donna by the way and the person th... read more

I normally don’t do things like this BUT I’M DOING IT NOW! � My cat Callie will be 18 on June 2nd. I have taken her to Lenoir Vet since I got her in 2000. I called today to make an appointment because she had an ABSOLUTELY AWFUL night last night. She couldn’t walk/stand, was gasping for air like a fish out of water, had a bowel movement all over herself and me, wasn’t eating or drinking, and was howling and crying for hours. I have been bringing my poms there since they were pups. Last year at this time my male pom was in the hospital for 2 days and they took great care of him. But it's not the staff or the doctors that has made me decide to leave this vet it's the woman in charge of the financial. Every time I bring in my babies I always pay just like the $300 bill for my male pom last Christmas.
