I absolutely love this community! 5 star service.
*long but worth the read* 1. When I signed my lease, I was told that I was getting a unit with a yard (the yard was the entire point). The leasing agent gave me instructions to go drive by the building I would be in to look at the yards, she stated that “one of those” would be mine. I looked at apartment complexes for 3 months in advance, got on waiting lists for units with yards, toured, and finally decided I liked the Lenox the best. This apartment has a lot of positive reviews from people who lived here for the first year. Upkeep has fallen off significantly already. There are constant theft issues in the gated parking area. Multiple people in my building have had cars broken into including myself. The dog park has turned into a mud pit as the grass has mostly died out and the irrigation drains into the center of the park, ironically directly under the bench they put in the center rendering it mostly unusable.
