The people were amazing and process was a bit overwhelming at times but overall straight forward. One major issue we experienced was when you assumed we were both divorced when we are actually both widowed. We were both highly offended by this negligent assumption and voiced this to our wonderful underwriter Karen Kawa. We highly suggest you add an option on your application for widower so you do not continue to make this extremely insensitive error to others in the future.
