Leonards on 52 was very helpful when needed a plug for the lights on our trailer. Manager wasn't happy about him helping us but the young man took the time to do it for us and a shout out to him. Job well done. Maybe he needs to be promoted to the manager s position.
I purchased a shed on 1/28/25, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any documentation regarding the total cost, payment details, or title. Initially, I was informed that this information, along with a coupon book, would be mailed to me. After week of waiting and additional calls, I opted to pay off the full balance on 2/6/25, to avoid further issues. The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Very bad communication. Camper shell was chipped when it came in. Sent it back. Came back wrong color. All this took about 24 weeks. It took another 10 days to get my refund. No one would ever call and tell me anything. I had to keep calling. When they said it would be in, in 6 weeks, I didn't call for six weeks. Had tow hitch receiver installed at the Aiken, SC location. Staff was exceptionally helpful and scheduled the install quickly. When I arrived for the install manager and installation tech got my truck in almost immediately and turned the job around in no time. Everyone involved was very friendly and very professional. I would recommend these guys with no hesitancy at all.
I purchased a ladder rack from Leonard Truck Accessories. To find the rack, I provided my vehicle information and the website assured me it would fit. I also called to verify. I received the rack and tried to install it using the provided clamps and hey did not work with my vehicle. I called customer service and the representative said she will see what she can do, and she asked me to text her to remind her. I did, and waited several days and followed up each day.
