Bought a truck topper from Leonard's Morristown location. Took months to come in. Once it was in, it was faulty and not water proof causing damage to the items stored in the claimed to be "sealed" compartments. Waited over 3 months for the warranty one to come in. Had to wait on getting our service vehicle wrapped due to this delay. Still no response about the reimbursement for lost material after multiple attempts to reach out and making in store visits. Leonards on 52 was very helpful when needed a plug for the lights on our trailer. Manager wasn't happy about him helping us but the young man took the time to do it for us and a shout out to him. Job well done. Maybe he needs to be promoted to the manager s position.
I purchased a shed on 1/28/25, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any documentation regarding the total cost, payment details, or title. Initially, I was informed that this information, along with a coupon book, would be mailed to me. After week of waiting and additional calls, I opted to pay off the full balance on 2/6/25, to avoid further issues. Wouldn't recommend purchasing a storage shed from this place its been nothing but a headache the entire time, everytime ive tried to make a payment my account manager never seems to be at work and then I just receive a rude attitude from the receptionist in the process
The absolute worst experience I have ever had. Very bad communication. Camper shell was chipped when it came in. Sent it back. Came back wrong color. All this took about 24 weeks. It took another 10 days to get my refund. No one would ever call and tell me anything. I had to keep calling. When they said it would be in, in 6 weeks, I didn't call for six weeks.
