Bought and paid for in full a $5000 trailer. I was assured if I had any issues to call the store. Called up there about a month ago and was given an email to email and send pictures to. No response. I have even followed up. These guys made me feel comfortable about spending money on their product. Gate was bent the first week from nothing heavier then a mower. Poor product. They could’ve gained a lot more money from then 5000.00 if they were just honest
The customer service here is terrible. We purchase a metal building from them and have had nothing but trouble with it from day one. They are taking forever to fix the problem, and they treat us like it is our fault the building is defective. It have been over 5 or so months!!!!!!!!!
