So far it's has been NOTHING but a disappointment with this company, When I went to start my building on 7-14-22 the sales rep didn't know how to use their own P.O.S and I was there for over a half hour before I got started on my ordering my building and I was the only one in the store and now it will be one day late on delivery because their driver just quit so they ONLY have one delivery driver for this company. I purchased an ARE truck camper top from them. The interior finish was not satisfactory as there are sharp glass splinters sticking out and rough edges. Placing your hand on most any place inside will get you glass splinters. This is unacceptable and hazardous. I brought it to the attention of the dealer in person and to the manufacture by email with no solution to the problem. The manufacture's response was to sand it. I did not buy it to work on. I bought a spay in bedliner from this company from the Florence, S. C. location. Was told that it would have a lifetime warranty. Not long after spay it started coming up in patches. Took it back and they patched the bad places. Now it is coming up again and part of the spray was put on so thin that the color of the bed is showing thru the liner. We ordered a toolbox for our company truck online at their listed price. Once the purchase was already made and cleared our account, they contacted us to let us know they could not sell it to us for that price and would be refunding the money. We spoke with both the customer service rep and the supervisor, and instead of offering alternative options or honoring their falsely advertised price they opted to blame shift onto their other employees and be rude.
