Very nice employees caring and even stayed late after thier shift because I was late. I made my purchase over the phone and she had everything ready when i arrived. Much better customer service than the other Leonard store i went to i recommend the Greenville NC store. I had already made my purchase and picked it up 4 days after my initial contact, Then The other store decided to call me back. Sorry but Greenville Store already got everything I needed. Staff was accommodating and helpful. The work could not be completed due to issues that were likely beyond the control of the local shop. Corrective parts are ordered and satisfactory completion of the work is eagerly anticipated.
Very pleased with the process of purchasing and having installed my Retrax bed cover. Installation took less than the allotted time. Product was explained fully by the installer. I highly recommend this company.
Service rate and equipment prices are very competitive. Quality of the service/repairs was outstanding. I will do business with them again to install a truck bed cover because of how impressed I was with my first visit. Staff very knowledgeable too!
They installed a hitch and hitch basket on my 2020 Honda Odyssey minivan. It was way below what Honda quoted they could do it sans the basket and cover. I am thrilled with it. It is easy to maneuver and lightweight. Service was fast and efficient. Staff was great.
