I ordered a toolbox to go on my truck. It was installed quickly but soon after the employee realized there were no keys. He promised they would order keys. I go back later and still no keys and I find out the employee who took my information to get keys ordered was let go. New employee promised to order keys, again no keys arrive and I find out after two weeks that employee is also no longer with Leonard. The new store manager is the only one who actually followed through and ordered keys. It still took an additional 3 weeks... read more
Very nice employees caring and even stayed late after thier shift because I was late. I made my purchase over the phone and she had everything ready when i arrived. Much better customer service than the other Leonard store i went to i recommend the Greenville NC store. I had already made my purchase and picked it up 4 days after my initial contact, Then The other store decided to call me back. Sorry but Greenville Store already got everything I needed. Thank you, Greenville Nc store is awesome!
New management was very helpful and pleasant. I believe she’ll bring more sales towards the business. I purchased mainly because of her knowledge of the product and attitude.
Very pleased with the process of purchasing and having installed my Retrax bed cover. Installation took less than the allotted time. Product was explained fully by the installer. I highly recommend this company.
They installed a hitch and hitch basket on my 2020 Honda Odyssey minivan. It was way below what Honda quoted they could do it sans the basket and cover. I am thrilled with it. It is easy to maneuver and lightweight. Service was fast and efficient. Staff was great.
