I got a hitch installed on my subaru and it's great. The issue i had was that after I ordered it I had called back twice after 2 weeks 3 days inbetween each call to set up a install date, gave my info to someone, was told the hitch was there, but didn't receive a call back. On the third try I finally got one of the shop guys and set up the install. They had it done within 5 hours of me dropping off. Chris was very knowledgeable. He went the extra miles (literally). He found the exact trailer I wanted and personally drove to pick it up for me the same day! Outstanding customer service so don’t waste your time shopping anywhere else for utility trailers.
They had the exact wiring harness for my fifth wheel in bed plug. Just like GM puts in them. No drilling just plug and play. I was unable to get the fifth wheel package when I ordered the truck in 2022 due to parts and supplies being held at the docks.
I highly recommend this business!!!! The service was truly exceptional, Mr.Bobby went above & beyond ordering & installing my lift kit;keeping me updated during the process. They previously installed running boards for my jeep wrangler, I will definitely be returning again for all my truck needs.The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, such a delight to work with. Again this place is awesome! Very professional and the quality of work is an A+.
