Great costomer service. And the sales lady i feel bad I can't recall her name at the moment. She is just awsome super knowledgeable about the all products especially with the truck caps. It was quite impressive to be honest. I had came in about a month before I perched the truck cap. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I had a decked system installed and they did great and speedy work. I also brought a bed rack the day of the installation that I bought on Amazon. They gave me a very reasonable price to install the rack and even wired up the lights on the rack for no extra charge. Would highly recommend Leonard to friends and family!
We ordered floor mats for the truck and was informed that it would take two weeks for the mats come in. We checked on the mats after two weeks and was informed that they would check on the mats. We did not receive an update and we called again about a week later. The representative started that he was going to email the company and get a tracking number and get back with us. From the first visit to the West Columbia , SC store, the team was friendly, knowledgeable and able to demonstrate the functionality and features of the tonneau cover. Ordering the cover was easy and the delivery to the store was exactly as I was told it would be. A customer service orientated business with expertise and quality from end to end has earned my repeat business.
These guys and the young lady at this particular location are always friendly and helpful! I use Leonard’s services always when I want added accessories to my GMC truck. In my opinion, they are top notch professionals and they have done me well with their work and services! World famous they should be deemed!
