RecommendedWhere do I begin....brought my Dodge Journey to Leonard for a trailer wiring harness install last year. On a trip back from Myrtle Beach my trailer lights stopped working. Stopped in to have install checked out today. The service was top notch. They determined the issue, replaced parts and improved the installation even better than the first time. RecommendedWe originally took our food trailer for Port City Puffs n Stuff to Leonards for work on the electrical system. In the process, they uncovered an elusive electrical short and managed to resolve it for us. Everything about this job was a challenge from our towing vehicle to the electrical system on the trailer, but they showed great perseverance and creativity and did it all for a great price. They are "second family" to us now and we can't wait to thank them with free lunch soon! Thanks!!
It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but my mind is totally blown at what the manager of this company did! My husband stopped by Leonard's on a Thursday to purchase a camper shell. The sales associate told him it would take 5-6 weeks for one to come in however, they had one in the back that had recently been returned that they could sell him on the spot, as is, with no warranty. I was in Leonard today for approximately 15-20 minutes, walking around the store needing to buy about $600 of accessories for my new truck. At any given time, there were between 3-5 people behind the service counter. Not once did anyone approach and offer to help me. There were no other customers in the store at the time. I will not purchase another product from this company again. I ordered a fiberglass topper for my truck and was familiar with the product because I had one on my other vehicle. I have removed and installed my current topper in about 15 minutes or so. After order took several weeks to get in and making an appointment for installation, we received very poor customer service.
