I have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with Leonard. I have given them my business multiple times in both North Carolina and South Carolina. I will continue to be a repeat customer, especially as the one time I needed to contact their customer service center with a question, they jumped right on it and we solved the issue together. HIGHLY recommended!

I do not recommend R&B because of the lack of clear building details, especially when permits are involved. My husband and I live north of I-10 in lower Alabama and were initially told our foundation would need 12-inch footers. Because the county would require foundation specifications for inspection, we asked R&B to provide them. The specs they sent showed 20-inch footers, and when we questioned the difference, we were told 20 inches was now required for all their buildings—even though their website still states 12 inches. ... read more

They deserve 0 stars because of their inability to properly manage their locations!We purchased a dump trailer in Sept 2024 from the ********************************************************************** location which is now permanently closed, we had to call & go back by the location, for 3 months, to beg them to send the paperwork in to the finance company so we could begin paying on the trailer! They don't honor their advertised prices. I purchased a Leer Camper shell on the Memorial day sale. Their ad promised a $250 rebate from Leer, but Leer said they hadn't done rebates in a while other than instant. They did honor the $250 instant rebate from them. After months of being bounced between Leonard and different departments at **** there was no resolution. Bought a defective dump trailer. The tool box wouldn't properly lock and there was a wiring issue. Asked to swap trailers and was told they couldn't do that. Asked for a refund since trailer wasn't safely usable do to no brakes because of the wiring issue and they said trailers are non refundable even if it's a faulty trailer. Finally got ahold of the district manager and he gave the ok for the trailer swap but store manager still fought me on it. Leonard building *****. Charging $ ***** more last two months. They had renovations to their business and didn't send me my monthly notice for two months and my wife has cancer and were on tight monthly fixed **********. I tried to explain to customer service but they did not want to listen. I've been a customer for over 8 yrs already paid off one bldg and bought another one 3 yrs ago. I always paid on time, no missed pmts and they wouldn't acknowledge it. I'll never buy anything again from this pathetic run business.

Absolutely deplorable customer service riddled with lies. I ordered a building, which had to be built. I originally bought the building with their financing however I have never received my payment book or email from corporate. I will be paying the building in full by the end of this month. When I contacted corporate regarding purchasing a building I was told Leonard had just purchased Cooks buildings and they (Leonard) were working through the acquisition issues as well as prior employees destroying electronic files. I ordered a part for my truck bed topper and paid in full. I was told it would be delivered in 7-10 days. This was 3 months ago. I have contacted the company several times and have had no response and have not received my part that i paid for.
