I purchased a cover for the bed of my 2023 Ridgeline “Black Edition “ Honda Truck. My truck looks fabulous! The cover is streamlined and complements the look of the truck. The customer service I received was outstanding; I wasn’t in the market for a truck bed cover, but the overall floor plan of the store show cased the covers . I was browsing and asking questions and liked what I heard, the effort into finding what I wanted. Everyone working at Leonard Trucking Outfitters was willing to help me.
My experience with Leonard Truck Outfitters was very good. My grandson was looking for a trailer and they provided him with various options at a very reasonable price. Mark was very accommodating and made sure all paperwork was completed before I arrived to sign. I really appreciated that extra step.
Had an emergency on 95 North. ( with my hitch). Looked for the nearest auto parts store to replace the unit. Enroute passed this Leonard unit. The two men working, were friendly and professional. Showed me options and price points. Helped us install and get back on the highway. Just a wonderful experience. Thanks guys. I’d drive to your store again, for excellent service! I have purchased several truck accessories from Leonard Truck Outfitters included truck caps and a leveling kit. All of my purchases with the truck's caps were outstanding. The purchase of the leveling kit was not as good. By this, they had to send my truck to another shop to install the kit. The other shop had my truck for several days longer than anticipated which was not communicated very well. Overall, the truck looks better with the kit installed. I have no ill feelings.
