Amazing service! This was my third re-finance with Leonard and first with his new mortgage company. I didn't think it could get better but it did. His responsiveness and clear communication is off the charts excellent. He was able to lock at the lowest level in years and the cost of loan beat all competitors. Highly recommended. I can't say enough about Leonard. He is attentive, professional, and an expert communicator. He really knows his stuff and does what he says he's going to do. He is able to navigate through the process easily and keeps both sides of the deal in tune with timelines. He is a fantastic lender and I can't wait to work with him again.
I dont think I can say enough about Leonard. Not only was he very nice, very informative and very helpful but he was very supportive. For a first time home buyer doing it on my own and worried about making a wrong decision, he was very reassuring which was very important to me. Leonard went above and beyond multiple times and I probably wouldn't be a home owner if it wasn't for him.
