My experience was so bad that I ended up firing Mr Learner and his practice and had to find another attorney! I never met Mr Learner. I was passed off to his inexperienced workers who couldn’t even get me a decent (loaner) car of which I had to get for myself as mine was totaled! Beware that their are to many mistake and issue. I have put a review up before and was asked to take it down so that they could make things right. In 2 years nothing has went right. The firm is to large to give a case any individual attention. I will say that Brian Plant and Gabriel Fernandez did do as mush as they could. Gabby even took call on her time off to try to fix things. The accounting department and their way of handling things is not professional and not worth the time to even try to understand. Please run from this company I picked my daughter up from the hospital she had 12 Staples in her head when we went to court the learner and roll attorney said multiple Staples and the opposing Council kept saying one and that he never corrected him once in court I know my daughter was a poor witness on the stand cuz I was sitting there but this attorney really didn't stick up for my daughter in court she didn't get that much for being hit crossing a red light and being hit by a car I'm surprised my daughter didn't die and lo... read more

This was the worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with how is it that my fiancé contacted them in December of 2016 for a car accident we were all in with our kids to us having to deal with a whole new law firm that never calls us just like Lerner and Rowe did and were still not done with the case going on 6 years later DONT understand this at all do not call LERNER & ROWE!!!

ABSOLUTE WORST Company in the world. Do not work with them. They are a bunch of crooks! After more than a year of working in my car accident case they tell me I will probably get a couple Grand... As in 2,000 dollars.... I could have called while taking a dump and worked myself out a better deal in a fraction of the time. Worst company ever. Avoid at all costs.

Lerner and Rowe in Phoenix took my husband's car accident case. I found them, I talked my husband into hiring them. What a mistake. So after a year of jumping through hoops to see every specialist they suggested. My husband came away with a life long injury from the accident. Yesterday LR called to say they would go after a $150K settlement. Five minutes later they called to say the other insurance wanted to settle for $20K which was a good deal.
