Due to selling and buying during COVID, our closing was not without unforeseen and sudden complications. Les was always available to answer any questions we had, run different scenarios and always provided exceptional guidance from beginning to end. Every time we reached out (which was a lot) he was always happy to assist. In the end we could not have pulled it off without him, no question.
Les is excellent! He obviously knows his stuff and was very thorough in his explanations along with knowing what documents were needed to speed up underwriting. His prompt replies and answers to our questions was so much appreciated. He was not kidding when he said he is available at any time to help us. This was such a smooth and stress-free process. We closed on-time and had no issues at all during closing.
