Les has an incredible knowledge of the lending business/ process. He helped me get my credit straightened out so I could get the best rate possible. So glad I went with a private lender that puts my file first instead of the big banks that can not get people closed in 30 days as they falsely promise. I will never use anyone but Les Lobel, he delivers what he promises and does an amazing job!! He is always there to answer any and all questions!!

Les is incredible to have on your side during the home buying process. He is down to earth, knowledgeable and a great communicator. There is a reason why we worked with him in 2010 and again in 2020.
