We have had the pleasure of working with Les on several occasions over the years. He has always provided outstanding service to our clients. One issue we often have when working with Lenders is a lack of communication... Not with Les, he always keeps us and our clients updated throughout the process.

Les was always available to us. When we thought the deal was dead, he figured out a way to make it work. We would not have gotten the property of our dreams without Les. He is flexible to the situation and unbelievably knowledgeable. He is also patient and willing to explain things simply so that we could understand our options and the implications of them and make an informed decision that was right for us. I can't than Les enough for helping us get our dream house.

Les was very knowledgeable about the mortgage loan from his years of experience and he shares his expertise with passion to educate you for better decision making process and he is willing to work on giving you what you want. In addition, he gets his information for Loan Estimate from primary sources which make his estimate more accurate and less of a guess work.
