Every one there was the great combination of friendliness and competence. Dr. Harvard is always so thorough and she explains clearly everything she observes and no question is a dumb one(even if it is). If she needs to perform some procedure like deadening or scraping off an area that needs to be removed she very sensitive about causing discomfort. I think probably the best thing I could say is she really does convey that she cares about your welfare.
