Still waiting for my son's Oplezura prescription two weeks after appointment date because it was entered in wrong. It's extremely hard to get help after his appointments even during business hours. Very disappointed in level of service.
Dr. Stapp was knowledgeable and went over in details about my hair. She went over the options I have. I had a good visit.
I really like Dr Stapp. She is through, efficient and pleasant.
Great service very helpful and knowledgeable
This was my 3rd appointment; first one went well, was listened to and prescribed meds. 2nd appointment was not as great, was half listened to, medications adjusted. This last appointment was awful. My appointment was 45 minutes late, when she walked in, no mention of my appointment starting 45 minutes late, super rushed, really quick to dismiss concerns about my medications because they had not been explained as long term in the past, all the questions I had were treated like I was a child whining about cystic acne opening u... read more
