Naples, FL Letty Gutierrez is part of a real estate scheme. Avoid Letty Gutierrez at all costs. She sold me an investment property in 2022 under Geneva Financial with false and hidden terms. Also Geneva Founding sold the credit to AmWest founding in 3 months . Letty Gutiérrez never disclosed her commission until the last moment, gave me loan documents with 9.7% interest (after quoting 9.1%), and failed to explain the 3% investor penalty for selling before 3 years.
