The overall experience was very hectic at times. The changing of the amount situation was not what was talked about, but that is expected within a process that is new. Lev G did a very good job with my loan advisors when I had questions he was very knowledgeable giving me advice and helpful with others answers. I want to thank Him and he was very kind.
While maintaining a professional manner, Lev was very knowlegeable, answering all my questions in a manner that was not only friendly, but positive and a way that I was able to easily understand. I had never applied for a large loan before, and having been scammed out of ten's of thousands of dollars in the past, caused severe fear of trust and skepticism on whether I would get the loan or not. everything was fine. It took a little bit longer than I expected, but I guess I'm special circumstances but in the end, I guess it's gonna work out all right. One thing I would've liked better is if he would've told me that it was an FHaloan and that I would have to pay mortgage insurance because I didn't know anything about those and they came as kind of a surprise to me the other thing was I didn't get any cash out of the deal which I guess is OK but I was expecting at least a couple thousand dollars, but that got eaten up... read more
