The experience was great. Because of my situation took a little bit longer then expected but always kept me informed. Lev at Mutual of Omaha did a great job.
Lev was knowledgeable, straightforward and very helpful. I'd previously spent over an hour and a half with another lender and wasn't getting anywhere fast. Lev knew what I was looking for, helped with the application and it was a quick and easy process. Highly recommend working with Lev Grinman.
everything was fine. It took a little bit longer than I expected, but I guess I'm special circumstances but in the end, I guess it's gonna work out all right. One thing I would've liked better is if he would've told me that it was an FHaloan and that I would have to pay mortgage insurance because I didn't know anything about those and they came as kind of a surprise to me the other thing was I didn't get any cash out of the deal which I guess is OK but I was expecting at least a couple thousand dollars, but that got eaten up... read more
