Food and atmosphere were satisfactory. The service however was disappointingly sub par. Saw wait staff only at time of order, delivery of appetizer, entree and check. Multiple times staff personnel walked by our table and no one ever stopped to pick up used dishes, glasses, check on us, etc. I had to move itms out of the way so wait staff could set the entree on the table. Overall the food was fabulous, beverages exceptional, price was in line but the service was lacking terribly.
Birthday dinner for my son. Great week in Branson. Wonderful way to top it off with a Level 2 dinner!

We have enjoyed Level 2 several times over the last few years while visiting Branson. We have always been very pleased with our dining experiences.

First time to visit. Good service. My wife and I ordered steaks and neither was seasoned or had any flavor. Side dishes, appetizer and salad were good.
