We have frequented this lovely restaurant several times since finding it tucked inside the convention center. The food is amazing and normally so is the service. For the price and the atmosphere we don’t expect to be ignored. Our waitress Brittany was not very attentive to say the least, we never knew where she was. We were constantly stretching our necks in search of her when we needed something, this was not okay. The filet is outstanding. The drinks although pricey are very worth the money. The sides are just “okay”. None of the ones we tried were bad, just nothing phenomenal. We have found that to be consistent in the higher end restaurants we go to. Our waiter Keeghan was excellent with just the right amount of attentiveness. This was our second time dining at Level 2 and we will definitely go again.
We completely enjoyed our evening. It was our first visit there and we will go back. The Halibut fish special was fantastic and the seared Tuna was a large delicious tuna steak. Our waiter was friendly and helpful answering our menu and wine queries. We did not sit in “The Trees” area, choosing the restaurant instead. Definitely a good choice.
Excellent service, dining and food options.
This was our first time there. Loved the feel and ambiance of the place. Our server was amazing and full of insight. The food was decadent and delicious. Definitely will be back again. For what you get the price fits.

We’ve eaten here several times and it’s been fine. Our server was very good. My filet was very salty so I left quite a bit on the plate. My husband’s filet was okay, but more salty than he likes. Neither filet was as tender as we expected. Very large servings of the sides. The creme brûlée corn was delicious, the fries just okay and the asparagus was good.
