Level 5 Lighting has done a few things for me over the past few years with my outside lighting and I love it. Their communication and service is exceptional. Recently I had Garrett back to quote some patio lighting and then had Damian and Dustin do the install. Everything was great as always and the install went perfectly smooth with those two! Thx for everything!
I spent 13k on my entire house with level5. I have had continuous problems with my lights, every time it rains a light goes out. After in depth inspection of my install, they left cords out on my roof visible, broken roof tiles, the tracks are bent not straight. The mitres look horrible, big globs of caulking to Hide miss measured/cut pcs of track, installed cut pcs on the front of my house where they could have used one solid pc of track. Amazing customer service and attention to detail. Kip and Justin are amazing and the installation was seamless. Always kept me in the loop, went above and beyond to make the lights look good. Would give them more stars if I could.
Kip and Cole did an amazing job. They listened to our expectations before starting the job. They executed them beautifully. They were professional, neat, quiet and cleaned up. They went above and beyond to make sure the installation was flawless and very thorough to make sure we understood the operation of their product. We recommend them for your holiday lights.
