I would not recommend this Co. Kenny did my structural engineering inspection on a property of interest, on 7/8/26, I paid for the svc, Kenny came and conducted the inspection, I was there. As of 7/26/26, I have yet to receive the report. Both I & my RE Agent have reached out to the office on numerous occasions to no avail. They are not located at the Lexington ave, NYC address nor the other NYC address listed on google - I physically went to both locations; Level Engineering is not there. Tummas was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came to inspect a supporting beam that was cracking in the basement and was very good at explaining what was happening and giving ideas for repair. Highly recommend.
The structural engineer did a wonderfully detailed job of inspecting and assessing our building's roof, ventilation, drainage, and potential leak sources. We really appreciate his expertise and help. Thank you!
