Hired for a common Residential Job and Level Engineering failed at most every step along the way. To Provide Drawings and Calculations for Removing a load bearing wall and replacing said wall with a closed-beam (hidden, not exposed). Incompetence. Building Permit failed to get approval due specifically to their drawings and calculations on 3 separate occasions. I can't speak to the quality of their work, only their responsiveness and poor follow through. During the initial call, they said they were backed up, but could send someone in about three weeks - fine. After taking my information, agreeing to come to my home regarding a repair, and assuring they would call me the last week of March to schedule the specific time, I never heard from anyone - despite multiple efforts to get in touch. It was an easy, professional, and rewarding experience. The website was the first sign that I was going to be treated like a respected customer because of their commitment to a client's "peace of mind" for everyday residential homes renovations. The intake personnel were knowledgeable and understood what I needed and were able to schedule me with a structural engineer within 48 hours. Mustafa was great! He was very professional and helped me work through some questions I had with the city. After the report was sent to me he followed up 2 weeks later see how things were going and if I needed any additional help. I would definetly recommend Level Engineering!!
