I initially rated Level Engineering as 1-star; however, all issues have been remedied. Maybe my experience with a local engineer and the local office was a one-off because I do see many positive reviews on Google and Home Advisor. My issues with the engineer assigned to my project was he was a poor communicator and lacked accountability. There was also an issue with the structural drawings, something I didn't know to catch, but the City of Henderson caught during permitting. I can't speak to the quality of their work, only their responsiveness and poor follow through. During the initial call, they said they were backed up, but could send someone in about three weeks - fine. After taking my information, agreeing to come to my home regarding a repair, and assuring they would call me the last week of March to schedule the specific time, I never heard from anyone - despite multiple efforts to get in touch. It was an easy, professional, and rewarding experience. The website was the first sign that I was going to be treated like a respected customer because of their commitment to a client's "peace of mind" for everyday residential homes renovations. The intake personnel were knowledgeable and understood what I needed and were able to schedule me with a structural engineer within 48 hours. Utilized Level Engineering for further examination of foundation after the home inspector noted some foundation issues. The price was well-worth the education and expertise of the engineer who came out to inspect the home. Fee was very reasonable and saved me from buying a money pit!!
