I’ve never had any problems with my teeth until dr levenson said I needed to get a gum graft. Now a year later I am still in pain and have been traumatized by the experience. He made me get a night guard that didn’t do anything to help. And now a couple days after I went for a cleaning the hygienist couldn’t stop scraping my teeth with her mirror, and was incredibly aggressive and didn’t show empathy to my pain. While the dentist and staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable, I felt pressured to agree to treatments that I was not interested in receiving. At 60 years old, I really have no interest in rebuilding my jaw to deal with an overbite. Had to remind Dr Levenson a couple of times of why I came in, before he got to my objective. I was also a little miffed at the estimates and prepay amount. I asked for a rough idea of the cost and got an estimate. But found out later that the estimate did not include sedation.
