Levi, our Mortgage Broker was always calm, courteous and professional during the logistics of settling and securing our loan with American Pacific Mortgage. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and kept us continually updated with our progress. It is a long nerve wracking process to purchase a house these days and having Levi on our side sure made things a lot better easier.

I was originally recommended Levi for a construction loan. Circumstances changed rapidly when I found a new job and he was able to educate me entirely on all of my options. Then it was hurry up and wait as we looked for houses in the area and waited for ours to sell. When it sold, it sold fast.
