Our salesperson, Tony Watson, was congenial, helpful, and attentive but not overbearing. We were given ample time to look around the large selection on our own, and were able to locate him very quickly when we made a choice. The sale was concluded efficiently and Tony provided us with all the information, estimated dates, etc. we needed.

Salesman, Brian, I believe his name was, was very pleasant. However, 2 months for delivery of my chair is outrageous. I wish that Brian had been a little more forthcoming in explaining that the chair I tried out would be delivered quickly instead of waiting to tell me that the one in the color I asked for would take 2 months. I would have gone with the one in the store.
