When we initially entered the store Frank greeted us. He respected our need to simply look around. He was available to us in the mattress area as he promised, was very patient and truly listened to us. He answered our questions thoroughly, well informed. He was friendly and courteous. The purchase was easy and reasonably quick. We enjoyed working with him for our purchase. Next time we go to Levin's we'll ask specifically for Frank. :)
