Bernardo Diaz helped us today and he was wonderful. Usually we ask for Julie Doberiener but she was off. Very glad that Bernardo approached us. He pointed out a clearance mattress that really helped us out financially. We will continue to use Levin!
Delivery service was great.
Mark was so knowledgeable about everything we looked at, he helped us find something that met all of our needs and went above and beyond from start to finish. Can’t say enough good things about Mark Ward!

SALESMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO TALK WITH.
My husband and I went shopping on Memorial Day for a new sectional. The sales were excellent! We also ended up with a beautiful reclining leather chair and ottoman from West Elm and nesting tables and a new mattress. We found out we had a $500 credit from a non-used warranty from our amazing salesman, Steven. We love that Levin is so close and has a great showroom!
Mark Ward did a great job with us
Steven did a great job with assisting us with our purchases, but at the same time did not pressure us with a sale. The follow up staff did a great job calling us and helping us with a couple of problems related to delivery of furniture and gave us some options. One way to improve would be the loading dock personal need to give better with helping customers with loading the furniture. They were quit busy with multiple customers but I would have appreciated them helping more with loading furniture onto my truck. Thanks Agai... read more
