First off I did call the store and I did call customer service got treated like it was no big deal

We purchased a floor model sofa from Levin and we’re told they would load it for us. The guy in the warehouse just pushed it off the dock on the truck leaving the power cords for the powered recliners trapped between the truck bed and the sofa rails. We mentioned it to the sales person and all she said was thanks for letting me know. No I’m sorry or I’ll let management know. Won’t go back.

Piece of furniture was damaged and they tracked mud on carpet. Why don’t you use booties over shoes
