I arrived at the West Mifflin store and was met by a kind and personable salesman. I knew which furniture I planned to purchase. The salesman located the set and gave me time to decide, without being pushy. Once I decided, he wrote up the order, did a credit check and set up a delivery date. The entire process took about 40 minutes.
