Andre was Amazing, i am having surgery on Sept 11 in which i will need to sleep in a recliner for awhile. she walked me through all of the leather recliners then if i liked the feel. she would check to make sure i would receive the product before iit was needed, I did not feel pressured which was great. she answered any and all questions I had, I will definitely be dealing with her for amy future needs
