Met with Edwina, told her what we wanted and when we would like to have it. You could tell that Edwina was an experienced employee. She was knowledgeable and efficient. It was a very good experience. Would highly recommend Edwina.
Salesperson, Dan was very helpful and friendly. Bought a lift chair for a my sister in law who has a physical disability and is moving in with us. I was told I would receive the chair in January. . But by the time it too to process payment I was told February. Why the delay? Because I didn’t purchase a warranty? I certainly hope not. I’ve given Levin my business over the years and hope that is not the reason. We really need the chair in January.
