We came in looking for a mattress, adjustable bed frame, and a bunch of other bed related accessories. We were greeted at the door by Jeff who is without a doubt one of the greatest salesmen I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He was knowledgeable on all of the items, helped us pick out the best accessories for my needs. He was also fun to talk to and acted like a friend rather than a salesperson, sharing fun stories he’s had working here and with life in general.

The salesman, Mick Williams, did a wonderful job. He understood exactly what I wanted and demonstrated an appropriate solution. I showed him a price quote that I got on the Internet and he matched it exactly. Coordinating delivery was effortless. Overall just an outstanding experience.

Our salesman was excellent! Richard Pongonis knew his inventory and took time to listen to us and lead us to just the right mattress! He was well informed on the item we purchased and advised all it offered in the way of guarantees and warrantees, along with advantages of additional protection over and above what was “basic” detail! It was great, I’ve been to numerous stores and just wasn’t findin what I wanted until today. Found a bed I loved and ended up buying. Ur salesperson Vicki was great and I’m a happy camper.
