it was awesome. jay Conrad was my sales man. He was there at the door when I walked in. Normally they hound you , but he simply asked what I was looking for, showed me where they were, explained the different types of mattresses, let me lay on each one. I asked about bedroom suits, he showed me then asked if I wanted to be left alone to look. THIS IS AMAZING!! most sales people hover, he asked which was much appreciated.
