Ginny was an absolutely lovely lady with whom to work, . . . very attentive, gracious, making every effort to accommodate Mom with a wheelchair--so thoughtful, and professional. She truly went the extra mile and made us feel right at ease.

Ginny is great. She was busy with another customer so she introduced me to Kelly and apologized the she was unable to take care of me. Kelly was great. Explained everything. What a great experience. Had gone to a different furniture store prior to Levin and the customer service was terrible. I am so happy I came to Levin and will definitely buy furniture from them in the future.

Everyone was excellent at Levin’s. Ginny was amazingly helpful with her knowledge of your products and design ideas! Rod did a great job wrapping all of my purchases and securing them in my car. Two days later I worked with Renee who was very helpful as as I made bedroom furniture purchases. I will be back.
Sun was pleasant and easy to work with. No pressure. Answered our questions. He was a little off on the cost of the protection plan.
Ginny was great to work with and didn't push things on us that we were not interested in and worked with what we wanted to see and purchase. Overall so far a good experience.

When I shop i like to browse and be autonomous in my selections. I was allowed this courtesy by the sales rep Ginny however when it came time to check out after I had elected to purchase 3 items, she ELECTED to add on the fabric protection package at a cost of $129 without my consent. She then proceeded to school me on the reasons why until I told her twice I did not need this, at which time she removed the charges.
