When I shop i like to browse and be autonomous in my selections. I was allowed this courtesy by the sales rep Ginny however when it came time to check out after I had elected to purchase 3 items, she ELECTED to add on the fabric protection package at a cost of $129 without my consent. She then proceeded to school me on the reasons why until I told her twice I did not need this, at which time she removed the charges.
